We are delighted to introduce Jessica Chang, candidate for Board of Director at the upcoming SwedCham Annual General Meeting 2026.

Jessica is the People and Culture Director at Scania Taiwan, where she is passionate about building a workplace where people feel supported, inspired and empowered to grow. Before moving into her current role, she spent more than 15 years in marketing communication across industries, including commercial vehicles, passenger cars, aviation and food and beverage. This diverse background has shaped her ability to connect people, brands and purpose in meaningful ways.

At the heart of Jessica’s work is a strong belief in relationships and collaboration. She values partnerships built on trust, openness and shared goals, and brings extensive experience in leadership development, cross-cultural collaboration, stakeholder engagement and community building.

For Jessica and Scania, the Swedish Chamber serves as an important platform that connects Swedish companies and partners in Taiwan, strengthening business relationships, attracting talent and creating opportunities for collaboration. She is particularly interested in contributing to initiatives related to talent development, sustainability engagement and stronger communication across the Swedish business community.

Outside of work, Jessica enjoys travelling and discovering great food, experiences that continually broaden her perspective and reflect her warm, human-centred approach to leadership and collaboration.

We warmly thank Jessica for stepping forward and contributing her experience and energy to the continued strengthening of our SwedCham community, particularly in the area of people and culture, as we embark on launching the Talents Connect platform.
