Meet Celia Yu – A Leader Driven by Purpose and Collaboration

Some leaders grow businesses. Others bring people and ideas together to create something bigger. Celia does both, with clarity, warmth, and a strong sense of purpose.

As General Manager of Electrolux Taiwan, Celia has led the company through an exciting phase of expansion, growing the business threefold and successfully introducing major appliances in 2021. Her leadership reflects both strategic vision and the ability to adapt in a fast-changing market.

With a career spanning Samsung, Yahoo, Nokia, and Unilever, Celia brings a unique cross-industry perspective—from digital and mobile to FMCG—enabling her to connect ideas, navigate complexity, and contribute meaningfully across sectors.

At the heart of everything she does is a deep passion for sustainability and wellbeing, values that resonate strongly with the Swedish way of doing business.

For Celia, the Chamber is about community—bringing people together around shared values, a common voice, and a collective ambition to make a difference. She is keen to continue strengthening collaboration and further building a vibrant Swedish business community in Taiwan.
