There are some people in our community who bring both depth and momentum — and Sibel is truly one of them.

We are very happy to introduce Sibel Aydogmus Bahadir, VP of Ericsson Taiwan, who is standing for a second term on the Board of Directors. Over the past term, Sibel has already been a valued part of the SwedCham journey, and we are grateful for her continued willingness to contribute her time, energy, and perspective to the community.

With a career spanning across global markets and roles, Sibel brings with her a truly international outlook, combined with deep expertise in the telecoms industry. Today, she leads one of Ericsson’s key business partnerships in Taiwan, working closely with Far EasTone, while continuing to champion innovation in connectivity, sustainability, and digital transformation.

What stands out most about Sibel is not only her professional experience, but her strong people focus. She is a committed change driver, passionate about AI, sustainability, and building inclusive environments. As a founding leader of the Women in Leadership Stockholm Chapter and an ICF-certified coach, she brings both strategic thinking and a genuine dedication to empowering others.

Sibel sees the Chamber as more than a network — but as a platform for purpose. A space where business, talent, and values come together. She is particularly passionate about strengthening talent development through mentoring and coaching, as well as advancing women leadership initiatives in Taiwan inspired by Swedish best practices.
